Aleris produces light-gauge foil products in 1100, 3003 and other made-to-order alloys in thicknesses as light as .002 inches (.005 cm). We can coat light-gauge products with an epoxy or vinyl coating that expands the number of potential applications for aluminum use. Aleris manufactures these light-gauge plain and coated products for:
- Semi-rigid foil container packaging
- Commercial and residential heating, ventilating, air conditioning and fin stock segments
- Automotive heat exchangers
