Aleris Rolled Products is proud to provide quality products and services to customers throughout North America. As part of its complete portfolio of offerings for a diverse range of customers, the Company manufactures rolled products both through the continuous-casting process as well as via the direct-chill rolling ingot casting process for more precisely engineered higher-end applications.  Our large rolling mills in Lewisport, Kentucky, and Newport, Ohio, begin the process by turning both prime and recycled aluminum into some of the highest-quality aluminum coil and reroll in our industry. This coil can be rolled to gauge and sent directly to our customers in a mill finish, or further processed by slitting, embossing, or coating within our mill.

Our mills can also provide reroll to our downstream operations in Clayton, New Jersey, and Buckhannon, West Virginia. There, the metal is further processed by rolling to gauge, slitting, and applying a specialty coating for some customers.  Other key Aleris plants include our Ashville, Ohio, plant that paints and fabricates products sold under the ALSCO brand name, and our Roxboro, North Carolina, paint facility.
